Who you are contacting
This website presents services offered by Rubyness Ltd. You can contact us at sergy@rubyness.co.uk about a project or a privacy question.
The project brief form
The form prepares an email locally in your browser. Its fields are not submitted to a website form endpoint or saved in browser storage. You choose whether to open your email application, copy the text or send a message. If you send an email, the contents are handled by your email provider and the receiving business email service.
What to include
Use the first message to describe the business task and the systems involved. Please do not send passwords, personal customer records or confidential project documents before agreeing an appropriate way to share them.
Website assets and analytics
Fonts, illustrations and brand assets are served with the website. Google Analytics is optional and stays blocked until you select Accept analytics. If you accept, it helps us understand page visits and useful interactions. We do not send your name, email address, project description or form field values to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. Your cookie choice is saved in this browser for up to six months; use Cookie settings in the footer to change it or withdraw consent. Rejecting optional analytics leaves the site fully usable. The website does not persist form entries. Hosting and any access-control service may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site under their own service terms.
Your enquiries
When you email us, we use the information you provide to consider and respond to your enquiry. Contact us if you would like to ask how your correspondence is handled or request that it be corrected or removed where applicable.
